We offer discounts on recurring cleaning, the more frequent the higher the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves viewing the property and providing a custom quote based on the client's needs. After quotation we set up an appointment to provide the service, we make great on technology to perform our booking service with text and email notifications! This includes en route text, starting job text, and job completion notifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My very first job was in mold cleaning and I spent 8 years in the field until I started SupraClean. Cleaning homes and offices to get rid of mold was very detail-oriented, but the aspect of the business that I was most enamored with was helping customers. When your home is clean it brings a type of satisfaction that is unlike any other. All of my cleaners and supervisors are background checked and professionally trained.
