I was reluctant to stage my homes. They are investment properties and I had never done it before. I was having trouble selling a house in an upscale neighborhood this year. The house was beautifully done but it did not have a great floor plan. Within days of staging the house with Home Staging Concepts and putting the pictures in the MLS I had 3 offers. Since then I have staged all my houses and all have sold within the first 30 days. HSC service is wonderful and they have fabulous taste. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

Sandra did a great job making a lack luster single family home in a 55+ community into a WOW. That is what the agents and the buyers said when they walked into the house. Her crew were very professional and her suggestions really paid off. We had 2 contracts in under 30 days!!!!
