Julia has an eye for design that is practical and beautiful. She is exacting in measurements and installation. Julia designed our kitchen and every time there was a small glitch or an adjustment we wanted to make, she made sure it was done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Promotional Rates for Thumbtack Clients:
Consultation: $450 for 2 hours, including custom solutions and ideas.
Design Services: $200/hour. Flat rates available for certain projects.
Additional Details:
In-house consultations are not free; minimum charges apply based on project type and location.
Free 30-minute assessment phone call.
No travel fees unless agreed upon in advance.
Minimum 20-hour charge for design and staging projects (consultations excluded).
Deposit or minimum charge is due at the first visit (cash, check, or electronic payment).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Initial Meeting: Conducted at the client’s home or business to understand their style, needs, and goals for the project. This discussion ensures no detail is overlooked.
2.Design Plan: Develop customized design boards featuring furniture, materials, finishes, and accessories to bring the concept to life.
3.Purchasing: Oversee the selection and buying of all items to streamline the process for the client.
4.Execution: My team manages installation, including furniture assembly, artwork placement, and optional cleaning services to deliver a polished outcome.
5.Each project is tailored to the client’s specific requirements, adjusting for its scope and complexity.
