- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Promotional Rates for Thumbtack Clients: Consultation: $450 for 2 hours, including custom solutions and ideas. Design Services: $200/hour. Flat rates available for certain projects. Additional Details: In-house consultations are not free; minimum charges apply based on project type and location. Free 30-minute assessment phone call. No travel fees unless agreed upon in advance. Minimum 20-hour charge for design and staging projects (consultations excluded). Deposit or minimum charge is due at the first visit (cash, check, or electronic payment).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Initial Meeting: Conducted at the client’s home or business to understand their style, needs, and goals for the project. This discussion ensures no detail is overlooked. 2.Design Plan: Develop customized design boards featuring furniture, materials, finishes, and accessories to bring the concept to life. 3.Purchasing: Oversee the selection and buying of all items to streamline the process for the client. 4.Execution: My team manages installation, including furniture assembly, artwork placement, and optional cleaning services to deliver a polished outcome. 5.Each project is tailored to the client’s specific requirements, adjusting for its scope and complexity.

I hold a Master’s degree in Interior Design and have 19 years of professional experience in the field. My background includes working on prestigious projects ranging from luxury custom homes to commercial spaces. I have extensive expertise in design planning, material selection, and creating practical, stylish spaces tailored to client needs.
