Ana was amazing to work with! I had my house in Arizona entirely remodeled while I was in NJ working. I sent Ana pictures of what I liked from Houzz and she came up with ideas, materials, a budget and a work plan. When I was there for a week, she met with me every day to solidify the design and to finalize the materials we would use. I have to say, it was a lot of fun! Ana then sourced all the materials and labor to ensure we got the best prices and value for the money. She monitored the budget and alerted me when we made design decisions that might push us over. She worked with the vendors to coordinate the deliveries and installations and was at the work site every day to make sure the workers did what they were supposed to do and kept the property clean and the neighbors happy. She pitched in when ever she needed to and was on the go every day (even on weekends). We texted and talked frequently and she sent me pictures and videos of the work as it progressed so I could feel a part of the process (without all the stress which I really appreciated). Ana is a wonderful person. She is always positive and has a can do attitude. There was no problem we couldn't solve. What I loved best about Ana, is that she knows was she is doing. She is an expert not only in design principles and trends but in the process of remodeling. Every day I learned something from her. She was truly a joy to work with and if I ever have another opportunity to work with her, I will grab it! The house remodel is nearing completion. I put a pic of the kitchen here. Although it is not quite done yet, you can see how beautiful it will be. I could not have done any of this without Ana!

I cannot begin to describe what a privilege It is to work with Ana Oz. The incredible talent, skill and knowledge in her outstanding design work is only the beginning. She is kind, fun to be around. respectful of her client’s budget and resources and has a wonderful relationship with her architects, engineers, marine specialists, landscapers and contractors. She is among the hardest working professionals with whom I have ever worked. I live in Chicago and purchased a seasonal home in Fort Lauderdale during the pandemic that required complete renovation. With all the supply and material shortages, price explosions and contractor/professional demand, this project was a Herculean task. I was certain this house purchase was going to turn out to be a huge mistake, especially because I was in Chicago and could not be at the house each day. Ana’s renderings absolutely blew me away and made me so excited about the project. They were meticulously done and each item in the renderings was chosen with the utmost care, thought and intention. She was on site to execute the plans/renderings every single day (yes, even weekends!) obtaining estimates, meeting with specialists, supervising contractors, service providers and installers, handling deliveries and picking up packages to ensure the process kept moving to completion. She also spent much time at stores and on websites to obtain the right furniture, plumbing, tile and stone, lighting and woodwork. Ana’s expertise and dedication made this renovation a complete success. Ana is a dream of a designer and individual who created a dream home for me and my family. Thank you for everything, Ana!

Ana Oz is truly remarkable at what she does. I am very amazed in the quality of work she has provided my business. She responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to come consult the next day and start on a 3D render model shortly after. She completed this all within a week, and gave me the value of a months long project. I love her enthusiasm for design, her talent is unbelievable. Ana is the nicest person. I am new to interior decorating and she put me at ease right away. Delight to get along with and work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is treated according to the project size and budget. *As a courtesy, our customers receive the discounts given to us. Customarily, our set fee as the initial on-site design consultation walk-though is $200 for up to one hour visit. If needed, the client can expect a comprehensive written report via email within the following 48 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet at the client’s property to assess and determine their needs, wants, and most importantly their budget to ensure we maximize their dollar and deliver optimum results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of experience and a portfolio with over 500 successfully completed projects with very satisfied customers!
