Good Morning Mr, Mateen The Project for your property was done within 2 days of labor without living anything missing 1 month ago You inspected the Property Before the Project Started with us and also after it was Finished payment was finalized even though you didn’t want to pay from the beginning the amount ask with a sign proposal but we performed the job as originally scheduled from the beginning even though we had issues with payment amount being completely paid. The property had a City Violation We were able to pass the inspection by the city if the job was not done correctly the City will never pass the inspection as a company we tell all our customers and also the city mentioned that to you if you have new grass installed you must have sprinklers installed and running water perfectly for your new grass if not your grass will eventually die your property doesn’t have sprinklers and if you keep getting new grass without sprinklers unfortunately you will continue to have the same issue constantly we advise you to in the future to contact a sprinkler company to install the sprinklers for your business home because if not eventually your tenants will not be happy with the grass constantly Dying but a little investment on your property for sprinklers will help you on the long run and you will have a healthy and beautiful green grass.
