There is a standard pricing system however circumstances will sometimes alter the price. I have to make sure that the prices will allow me to be profitable and competitive with other like services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a saying that you do not get a second opportunity to make a final impression. Gaining a new customer's confidence is very important. Finding out and trying to meet or exceed expectation is a plus.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service and customer care for a long time. My husband has also been a bus/limo driver for a long time.
