Introduction: I have been a personal trainer and a massage therapist for the past 20 years. I also have competed in figure shows, and I am a fitness model. I will help you reach your goals and set new ones! Being healthy and active does not mean hours and hours of work. All it takes is the willingness to put the work in and make that change in your life. Being healthy is not a "quick" fix; it is a lifestyle change. I will guide you to the right path on how to eat, clean and make healthier food choices for yourself as well as maintaining a workout that suits your needs. It will be a love hate relationship, that is what my clients tell me now. I enjoy helping people reach their goals and make their muscle pain go away. I will be relocating to Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood Florida by summer of 2014. I am currently seeking new clients to make my business grow in sunny Florida. For massage therapy services, I currently only see female clients. Thank You.
