- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of your move, so there are no surprises. You’ll know exactly what you’ll pay upfront — no hourly rates, no surprise travel or fuel fees. We recommend sending pictures of the items you're moving to get the most accurate quote. This helps us understand the scope and ensures the price is spot-on. Discounts are available for repeat customers, veterans, and flexible scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
