Introduction: Hey guys ! My name is Blu 😁and I’ve been a personal trainer for the last 6 years! (Wow time flys lol )I received both my “fitness trainer “certification and my “specialist in exercise therapy “ certification from the ISSA . Over the years I’ve worked with clients from the ages of 90 years old to 15 years old and everywhere in between! Many people have come to me with different Health conditions and Physical limitations and were so happy to experience the improvements and results they didn’t know were possible after staying consistent and following a Tailor made regiment. (Increase Balance, Mobility, coordination, heart health, Strength and Passing stress tests) I’ve also worked with many younger athletes, law enforcement officers, ex-addicts/alcoholics as well your every day super busy moms and dads! My personal athletic background started in bodybuilding💪🏼. I then started exploring more “functional” focused avenues Like cross fit🏋🏻 HIIT training 🔥and yoga 🧘‍♂️. I’ve spent years in the boxing gym 🥊training alongside and sparring countless full contact rounds with high level amatuar and pro boxers. I hold a blue belt in Brazilian jui jitsu 🥋and have won and medaled🥇🥈🥉 in multiple tournaments competing as a blue belt . I’ve Also dealt with and came back from all the injuries🤕 and obstacles 🧗🏻‍♂️that come with being a competitive athlete in contact sports. What ever your fitness goals are , whatever background you come from, I’m confident I have the knowledge and experience to help you find the motivation, teach you the discipline , while encouraging you and leading you every step along the way to living a higher quality life and lifestyle.
