Jeff is an amazing, attentive trainer. He’s been able to accommodate my busy schedule with in-person and online coaching when I was out of town on work trips. I was bored doing the same exercises for years until Jeff showed me new exercises to try. Give him a call!

I have trained with Jeff for 7 months now and he has honestly changed my life. I have a super busy schedule and was lacking the discipline to get to the gym. He created a structured program for me which was a mix between in-person and virtual training sessions. That paired with my diet program - he helped me transform my body. On top of that, Jeff is super motivational and kind but also firm when I need the extra push in the gym. Thank you, thank you thank you! My photos were about 6 months apart.

After the first session and paying him $1500 in advanced. He stopped responding and after weeks of no response I had to hire someone else. Not really responsible!

After I’ve tried several attempts to come train with you and no response or canceled as I was on the way a few times. Your review is entirely inappropriate, and inaccurate.
