FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My own experience and journey to become stronger and fitter in my 40' compared to the 2 previous decades:) I never had weight issues but I always had back problems. After 2 pregnancies and having a desk sitting job, I was always on and off the chiropractor. I could not run at all (which I loved). So I went back to study, I left my job and as I grew stronger and became a personal trainer, the symptoms get less and less frequent. I started to bike and run a bit, decided to race 5K distance. As the years went by my husband and I added distances, mileages, new challenges: now we are doing ironman distance in triathlon ( 140.6 miles)....with one major barrier I had to overcome as I didn't know how to swim (let alone in open water with over 2000 participants in it! Anything is possible if you work for it.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
After years working out with my very first client, she had to undergo brain surgery, it was successful according to the surgeon but it left her with severe side effects lost of hearing on one side, dizziness, vertigo, migraines but mainly lost of balance. With lost of work she regained balance and is managing to compensate or alleviate the other symptoms.
