I reached out and received same day service! My back area was filthy and I needed some help cleaning it up. Davoris came and did an incredible job. Communication was great, the quality of work was excellent, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Warning: Do Not Hire This Company!!!! I hired this contractor to remove oil stains from our driveway. We sent pictures ahead of time so he could assess the job. He promised the stains would improve significantly and look much lighter. He assured us he had specialized chemicals and equipment that were much, much better than the average power washer and that he could definitely get them out. When he arrived he even told my husband that the stains looked even better in person so he’d be able to fully remove them. When he hired him the contractor promised he would pretreat the stains, but he never did. He just poured bleach everywhere and power washed. The bleach was so toxic our children couldn’t even stay in the nearby garage. That wasn’t the specialized chemical treatment we were promised. When he finished, he apologized that the stains hadn’t improved and told my husband he would come back once it stopped raining to try again and make it right. I shouldn’t have paid him fully but where he said he was coming back I felt we could trust him. My husband was clearly disappointed with the results, which is exactly why the contractor made that promise. He said he’d be back later that day or the next day. He never showed up. We didn’t hear anything from him for many days. When his wife finally contacted us, she didn’t apologize or offer to help. Instead, she demanded an extra $200 to come back—very manipulative. When we told her about the promise he made to my husband, and that we already paid him in full even though the job wasn’t done because of his promise. She claimed we misunderstood him. That’s a lie. We have nothing to gain from lying about this, but they lied to us about every aspect of this job and then ripped us off without finishing it as promised! They communicate with no heart, no soul, no humanity. You’re not dealing with people who care. You’re dealing with dishonest people who will lie to you and then gaslight you. Thumbtack couldn’t help us get our money back even though we had proof of all of this occurring. We tried to resolve this with the company before leaving a bad review. We have never left a bad review for anyone we’ve hired on Thumbtack before and we really love the Thumbtack community, but this was a very unexpected and deeply disappointing experience. Please do not hire this company! I’d hate for anyone else to go through what we have. God bless.

Hi Dayna, We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the results. However, several statements in this review do not accurately reflect our communications regarding this project. Prior to scheduling the service, we explained that oil stain removal is not guaranteed and that results depend on the age and severity of the stain. We have written documentation confirming these discussions. We performed the agreed-upon service using professional equipment and cleaning products. While the stains improved, the results did not meet your expectations. After reviewing all communications, photos, and documentation submitted by both parties, Thumbtack closed the case and did not require a refund. We remain committed to providing honest, professional service and appreciate the opportunity to serve our customers.
