FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Potential clients should know that most of the work we do is on an hourly basis. Depending on the case, requirements and desired results, it is often hard to guarantee results within a certain time frame. Our agency, like most will work with the client and their budget to obtain as much information possible. An honest agency will ask questions and make decisions based on the clients answers that will cut costs and allow the investigator to work during the time frame in which yhe reaults will likely be available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we discuss the case over the phone and then meet in person if possible to go over strategies and details. The client is provided with updates on case progress by their choice of methods such as phone call, text or e-mail. Every client receives a report including photos at the end of the investigation and a true copy of the original video if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Private Investigator, it is a requirement to be licensed through the State. I am also a Psychology Major, studying Criminal Psychology and Human Behavior as well as 2 years of Criminal Justice. I have also taken various self defense and firearms training courses.
