I needed to have an existing toilet removed and a new toilet installed in my new home. After waiting for a week for my builder’s plumber to never call back, I decided to use Thumbtack at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. Jason responded almost immediately with a proper and reasonable quote and stated that he could be at my home at 9:30 the following morning. Due to a commitment I already had, 9:30 would have been a tad late, so I asked him if he would be willing to either come earlier or in the afternoon. Jason said he would be at my home at 8:00am. On Sunday morning, Jason called and said he was a little early (what a problem to have). As I met him and shook hands, you could tell immediately that he was all about the customer and was gong to do a great job and he did. Jason even went as far as to ask if we had extra grout for the tile as he wanted to install a little grout around the base of the toilet over the caulk for additional protection. Jason finished in a little over an hour and the new toilet works perfectly. I would, and will, recommend Jason in the future. In addition to plumbing, he also let me know that he was a handy man for other home related jobs.

We are so pleased with Jose and I thank God that we selected him to install our toilet. He was quick to respond. The price he quoted over the phone was the price he quoted when he finished. Je was able to come within 2 hours of our initial contact. He had to run to the store to get another hose as the one that came with the toilet was too short, and he didn't complain or make excuses. I appreciate his honesty. He added hand rails and had no problem with figuring it out. I see why he has a 5 star rating. It was a pleasure using Jose.
