I worked with Tyler and Froze-N-Time Productions on a short video resume for myself. Never being in front of the camera before, I was hesitant and a bit nervous. Tyler was able to put my mind at ease with his easy-going ways... all while remaining a consumate professional. Before we began filming, he asked me a few questions about why I wanted to create the video and what were my visions for the final product. It wasn't until after we'd finished for the day that I realized he wasn't just getting my ideas for the video, but he was starting a dialogue with me so my nervousness might be put to rest. Tyler not only included all my own criteria for the video, but he was also able to provide me with other great ideas to include. It seems his brain is always working and he's never at a loss for ideas. After our 3 hour session was complete, Tyler asked me a few follow up questions and I went on my way. This was in the early afternoon. By early evening of that same day, he e-mailed me with a rough edit of my video. I couldn't believe the fast turn-around time! We discussed a couple of changes via the telephone and he sent me a new edit the next day. Excellent all around! I would definitely do business with him again.
