- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide a free quote before any work begins. In most cases, our quotes are tied to an in-person visit so we can properly review the property, understand access, inspect the level of buildup, and make sure nothing is missed. We take quoting seriously because our goal is to give customers a clear final price, not a rough estimate that changes later. Once we review the scope and provide the quote, the customer knows exactly what to expect before booking. Pricing depends on the size of the property, number and type of windows, access, buildup, and whether additional services. We do offer small discounts for larger bundled projects and high-cadence maintenance plans, especially for customers who combine services or schedule recurring cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request, we coordinate a free in-person assessment so we can properly review the property and provide a fair, accurate price. Ideally, the customer is home during the assessment so we can answer questions, discuss the scope, and make sure we understand exactly what they need, but it is not always required. After the assessment, we provide a same-day quote by text or email. The quote outlines the requested services as separate line items, so the customer can clearly see the cost for window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, or any additional services discussed. We also include available scheduling options. Once the job is booked, our team confirms the appointment, arrives on time, reviews the scope, protects the property, and completes the work carefully. Before we leave, we do a final walkthrough whenever possible to make sure the customer is happy with the results. Our goal is to make the entire process smooth, reliable, and easy from quote to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained through the Pink’s Window Services system, which focuses on professional window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, safety, customer communication, and property care. We follow proven processes for cleaning glass, frames, screens, and exterior surfaces while protecting the surrounding property. We also train our team on using the right tools, cleaning methods, and pressure levels for different surfaces so we can deliver strong results without causing damage. Just as important, we train around professionalism: showing up on time, communicating clearly, respecting the customer’s home or business, and leaving the property better than we found it.
