- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is fair. I work within a budget that is affordable to my client. I don't try and make a killing on one gig. That's the quickest way to lose a client. I also have non profit pricing and depending on the client I may work pro bono.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EBAY does a great job of sending me continuing education material. They also require me to renew my certification annually. Adobe also does a great job of keeping me updated on the latest technological solutions to their products in the Creative Cloud. As I am a member of Adobe's Education Exchange program, it is required for me to stay updated on the latest trends and technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was doing a favor for my mother in law by selling some dolls on eBay for her. Well, they all sold and I was instantly hooked. I have not turned back since. Even though I've made my share of mistakes I've learned from each and every one of them.
