Kevin was great! He immediately responded to my initial request date and then when I realized I could move it up a day, he promptly checked to see if he could come earlier and moved it up with no hesitation. He called half an hour before the appointment time to confirm he was on the way and on time. He was polite and friendly but also got down to business quickly. He was very thorough and explained to me exactly what was going on and why as well as what would be needed to fix my A/C. I also felt like he was not trying to get me to do anything that was not necessary (such as cleaning, mine wasn't too dirty so he said I could wait on that if I wanted). He even took cellphone pictures of hard to see places and showed me so I could better understand what was going on. He also realized my motor was still under warranty and took extra time to track down the part so I could save some money. I recommend Kevin HIGHLY! Best A/C experience I've had!

No a/ c is ZERO fun during the summer and thank goodness this business answered right away. Not only did he show up quick but showed me what was wrong and explained it to me. Luckily it was a quick fix and I felt very comfortable with the work done

    I graduated in 2003 from U.A. Mechanical Trade School with Mechanical Journeyman license for MD and DC, Med gas certificate, OSHA and a universal EPA. Over the years I have continued my education and now also hold four NATE certificates and Trane VFR installer certified.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was introduced to the AC industry by a friend over 26 years ago and I have been expanding my trade knowledge and skills year after year.
