Introduction: After so many years of playing drums with so many different musicians, I've easily acquired the understanding of frustration from the complications of necessary self-discipline. It sounds complicated. It simply means,,,I know how to keep people having fun while they apply discipline. If you're having fun, it aint work! I love seeing people accomplish goals. Escpecially when I can watch them go from wanting to be a musician to becoming one.
