Alex is extremely responsive, technically sound and has excellent work ethic. He changed both the garage door openers for me and did a fantastic job. My job was complex given the heavy wooden garage doors which required repairs for the first time after the house was built 17 years back. Alex handled it perfectly, the same day and even though it took him a lot more time than expected, he got it done very proficiently. Highly recommend him!!

Nelson came over to do the job. One of our three garage doors was not closing because of some issues with the paneling. Nelson came over on a Saturday looked at the project explained to me in detail what needs to be done and gave me a detailed quote. He came over the next Friday on the agreed time and did an impeccable job. Very happy with his work and his professionalism. I would DEFINITELY HIRE him for future work.

I had Alex and his Dad come and change garage door motors for both my garage doors. His price was lower than others and he said he would use the same equipment. While he was there he cross-sold other items that really did not required to be changed (rollers, cable etc) which ramped up his price. Here are my observations 1) he is not a professional and his installation quality is really poor 2) he installed the motors wrong and while testing it out he damaged my garage door itself and than had to paint it with whatever color he found 3) the installation had nothing but problems to this date and have called him numerous times but he does not show up 4) avoid at all cost and get someone who is insured and reputable as this guy is not trustworthy.
