He never showed up. I waited all day and sent tons of messages called customer service, but there was no response. He was supposed to be at my house at 5 pm. If I could give zero stars, I would. Thumbtack is garbage my first time using them and total disappointment. Should have used Angi. Tried using them on recommendation from a friend. Bad move. My bed frame and dresser are still not assembled.
