Steve and his crew “saved” me- twice! First - he solved an issue I had with water dripping from an interior mini-split head. I had previously paid another contractor to address the issue; but, his “fix” did not work. So I then called Steve at P & S Renovations; he analyzed the problem correctly, fixed the problem correctly, and charged me 1/2 of what the previous “rip off” contractor had charged me. His depth & breadth of HVAC systems was amazing. Steve & his crew also “saved me” when they did a re-roof of another botched job by a previous contractor who had patched my roof using the wrong material (tar instead of silicone). Steve analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, stopped the leaking (it has remained leak free) and he gave me a 3 year warranty against further leaks. From now on, Steve and the crew at P & S Renovations are my “go to” company for ANY & ALL of my home repairs. I wish I would have discovered them sooner!

Honestly Hands down the most detailed and professional company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with . Steve and his crew repaired and paint our 2900 sq ft home . The exterior was in bad shape stucco chipped everywhere . They process was simple from start to finish and Steve walked us thru every phase of the job. The exterior took 5 days because of repairs, the interior took 3 days .
