I’ve completed my first week and it’s been great. For me, it’s a mental support and accountability I need the most and so far, working out great!
Ony-X Fitness has been very accommodative as my work schedule changes all the time and other times, my sleeping schedule changes (like right now, I’m experiencing insomnia).
Dr O.C. provides workouts that target all parts of body, cardio and nutritious advise. I can’t wait to see how my strength, body and stamina improve!!

Literally felt comfortable the moment I walked in! OC is professional, on time, and you can tell he knows what he’s talking about! First session was a wake up call for me. He made me feel like I could finish off strong. Expect to work out a way you didn’t think your body could endure! Definitely found a client out of me!
From the start I felt excited and was able to explain to the owner what training I needed what my past experience has been and what my goals are. I have had training for ten years and this has been one of the best 😊 his knowledge.. ways of working and taking time to care and make a plan and after our workout I can’t walk lol Yesssssssss I love it
