I’ve completed my first week and it’s been great. For me, it’s a mental support and accountability I need the most and so far, working out great! Ony-X Fitness has been very accommodative as my work schedule changes all the time and other times, my sleeping schedule changes (like right now, I’m experiencing insomnia). Dr O.C. provides workouts that target all parts of body, cardio and nutritious advise. I can’t wait to see how my strength, body and stamina improve!!

Positive, uplifting environment. I went to Dr. OC’s facility because I’ve had multiple knee injuries/surgeries and was looking for a professional who was aware of the implications and could train me accordingly. Not only did Dr. OC educate me on the nature of my daily aches and pains and current limitations, he built a plan to help strengthen the necessary muscles and in turn increase mobility and flexibility. I was also provided a dietary plan to promote healthier nutrition to support the process. As a trainer he pushes me to the limit, while ensuring that I am at no discomfort with my knee. This is very much appreciated! My experience gets an A+ and I am hopeful and optimistic that I am headed toward being in the best shape of my life.

Literally felt comfortable the moment I walked in! OC is professional, on time, and you can tell he knows what he’s talking about! First session was a wake up call for me.
