It has been a pleasure to work with Rafael. This is my first time working with travel agent and it has been a great experience. He literally takes care of everything for you. He listens to your ideas and provides options to fit within your budget. His friendliness, quick response time and vast knowledge of the travel world have put me at ease. Rafael is my hero!!
Over two dozen college freshman girls planned a trip to the beach for Spring Break. They had planned on booking 2 vacation homes. Unfortunately, just a few weeks before the trip, their plans fell through; they found themselves without accommodations and time.
As the mom of one of the girls, I really wanted to help. However, it was seriously late in the game, and all of the homes I found required adult signatures and multiple adults present.
I contacted Rafael but really assumed the girls were going to have to switch plans. I knew they would be disappointed.
Within minutes, Rafael contacted me and listened to my panicked rambling. It was clear he didn’t want the girls to be disappointed either. He quickly grasped all of the details and told me, “don’t worry. We got this.” He immediately started searching and providing me with informative updates as well as links to possible options. I had never spoken to Rafael before, but somehow I knew he would find a solution. He did!!
He also showed unbelievable flexibility and compassion while dealing with the opinions of teenage girls and a mom who kept providing additional updates and adjustments.
He was unbelievably personable and kind. I knew I was asking for something virtually impossible, and he never made me feel like I was being ridiculous or impractical. He showed understanding and professionalism and provided the girls with wonderful options from which to chose. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful agent and person with whom to work!! So lucky to have found him!!
