Hello, my name is Raquel B from Miami Florida.
I first discovered yoga and meditation in 2017 after trying different methods to cope with stress and anxiety. In 2021, wanting to deepen my own practice I completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification where I instantly fell in love with teaching others. Later in 2022, I spent a month in Bali Indonesia where I completed an additional 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
My main goal is to provide a safe and relaxing practice for you. I spend time planning and tailoring sequences to uplift, empower, improve flexibility, mobility and strength as well as heal the body from any injuries, all through conscious movement and breath.
I am well versed in different styles of yoga, vinyasa, restorative, yin, and prenatal.
I believe that through consistency and intention, you can begin to experience the benefits of yoga right away.
I offer single sessions, packages, and group options. What option works best for you?
Working one on one is a great way to focus on achieving your individual goals, whether physical or spiritual and group classes are a wonderful way to get motivated, they allow you to build shared energy that can be inspiring and connects the group on a deeper level.
