- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing never been an issue for me because I have passion for what I’m doing more than the money. We will always find a common understanding and get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First doing a walk through, Communicate with the customer about the job that’s need to be done. Discuss the project estimation. Get the job done. Customer satisfaction is my priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied electrical technology, I used to be a electrician forman for big projects. I’m a former Operation manager at Vivint Smart Home. I’m still learning to expand my field of knowledge.
