- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair, but firm. When giving a quote I have to consider every aspect therefore it is not negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When speaking to a new customer I like to ask a lot of questions and/or see pictures of what I am getting myself into before I give any kind of pricing. I also like to "feel out" the customer to see what they have in mind vs. What I might have in mind to come to a better conclusion as to what the end results are supposed to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the screen business for over a year now and have work for/with different people over this timeframe I feel as though I have learned a little from each one of the people I have worked with and took a little bit of knowledge from each of them to create my own way of doing things.
