Fortunately, I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink last night and realized it was coming from my garbage disposal. I immediately got on Thumbtack and requested a plumber for this morning. D' Perez Plumbing responded immediately and scheduled me for 9 am. They arrived before 9 am and quickly diagnosed the problem: my garbage disposal needed to be replaced with a new one. They purchased the new one from Lowe's and returned to install it. They did a great job installing the new one for a reasonable price. The only drawback was the language barrier in communicating since they only speak Spanish. I would definitely use them again for a small job or in an emergency situation. Thank you!

There was a quick reply to my request for service. Another company didn't even bother to contact me after TWO tries...D'Perez was always prompt on 2 visits needed. It was a toilet with a problem made difficult by the need for Kohler parts only. They found the part, installed it, and it works perfectly. Mr. Perez doesn't speak much English but his office made the entire process easily done. I will use D'Perez again.

The plumbers arrived on time and did a great job fixing my two issues. The shower valve replacement was challenging due to the age of the pipes, had to cut it out, and they fixed it and cleaned everything up. Communication was a little challenging as they were not fluent in English but it was manageable. We would definitely use them again.
