My dryer stopped working. Their knowledge on what it could be was exactly what the issue was. I did a little research before on prices and they were definitely a better value. Additionally, a lot of the companies that I contacted charged a higher service fee and/or diagnostic fees that are not applied to the repairs. I am pleased with the job they completed and knowledge they have on the product. I definitely recommend them!

We are very happy with the results. It took a little longer than we expected but that was due to the age of the appliance. They had to order the part to be shipped in. My parents Samsung Dryer went on the fritz recently so I contacted Ben at Sharp Appliance Repair on Sunday and he said they could be there today and worked with my schedule. Mike was the tech that diagnosed and repaired the worn idler pulley and had it fixed quickly and correctly...also had him check out my parents Kitchenaid convection range because Mom said she was having issues with the convection function...he explained what he suspected happened...overheated temporarily...and said everything was working fine as well as educating Mom about other cool features about the range. From there we went over to my house and had them check my appliances. My fridge temp was fluctuating a bit and he found that the coils were plugged up with dirt/lint/dog hair...and showed me how to clean them...could've charged me for circuit board or other items but didn't. Also had them switch the door opening on my Samsung dryer from right to left to coordinate with the washer. They set my mind at ease, and really impressed my folks as well with their friendly manner, product knowledge, and great work...all at a very fair price...and with 1 day notice!!! I will be using them when ever I need further appliance repair. The fact that they don't charge a visit/diagnostic fee unless the customer doesn't want the repair or they can't fix it says alot...I highly recommend them to anyone wanting courteous, professional, and efficient service for a fair price!!!

Ben & Michael were very professional. They performed the tasks quickly & thoroughly. Hey they gave my oven/range a new brain! Excellent surgeons. They’re knowledgeable and took plenty of time and patience explaining the work they performed. Very happy & appreciative. If I ever need a major appliance repair or diagnostic service I will call them.
