- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and I try to be as affordable as possible. The prices may be a littler higher but that is because of the quality in food and service you will receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a good idea of your event so I can offer you the best possible experience. We will discuss your menu and once your menu has been confirmed you will receive an electronic invoice to book your event. There is a 50% deposit required to book your event. Five days prior to your event your remaining balance will be due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in hotel and restaurant management with a focus in culinary arts. I have been in the industry for over 15 years and am currently running my own business as a caterer and personal chef.
