We messaged Jerry on a SUNDAY (yes Sunday) to repair/replace our head duct work and he responded within minutes. He was one of the three that I sent the project to(note: one person never responded and the other didn’t respond until the midday Monday) we chatted for a couple minutes through the app and he was at our house an hour later to give us an estimate. Again, this was on a Sunday! He gave us the estimate which was way better than I expected and we were able to book him for following Tuesday. We are so appreciate of Jerry being so quick and tidy because this needed to be done before we listed our home for sale. You always take a bit of a risk hiring contractors, but I will sing Jerry’s praises over and over again. He started and finished in the same day, in the attic, in the middle of July. If that doesn’t say hard worker, I don’t know what does. I respect that type of grit so much, it’s very rare. I can assure you if you need any job done, you won’t be sorry hiring Jerry.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates and flat rate pricing. I always communicate with the customer before making any repairs to see what the best option for them would be. If an install needs to be done I offer free quotes and reasonably match or beat qualifying offers. I offer discounts to expecting mothers and military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process with working with new customers is most importantly getting their hvac discrepancie taken care of. I like to give the customer options on repairing the system and if need be replacement. I am always up front with pricing before repairs are done to ensure the customer is comfortable with pricing. Once that is good to go we want to build a bond with new customers so they know Gaddy Heating and Air will always be there for their Hvac needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year of Technical School Training as well as 7 years in the Hvac trade. I am also continuing to pursue other educational achievements.
