- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I baked cookies for all of my friends one Christmas, over a decade ago, and their happiness and appreciation of something that seemed so simple to me was what I wanted to achieve for the rest of my life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding cakes and desserts for weddings such as cookies, pies, and cupcakes (miniature and regular).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I work professionally as a baker and Golden is my side project. I do rustic cakes, pies, cookies, bars, and whatever else your grandma used to make you. I use all fresh ingredients and do not work with fondant.
