- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Embroidered items we price based on the amount of stitches in your logo (how long it takes to sew out) and the garments/items. For printing, the price is based largely on the amount of colors and how many sides you are printing along with the qty of items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For marketing services, it is a consultative approach based on your goals and the ROI we can bring. For apparel and promotionals products, we schedule a time to discuss your product needs and create a presentation to review with you. You are able to interact with us completely online and there is no need to visit ever. You can track your order, view your store etc...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined 30 years in this business. The owner has over 20. Top of the line embroidery equipment along with the best trainer in the business. We service very large agencies already and are a member of ASI and PPAI.
