Whitney was wonderful! She is an experienced vet tech so I felt very comfortable trusting my pets in her care. I have 2 cats who have special needs (one is a fraidy-cat too!) and she was very patient with them. It's not easy finding a pet sitter who is experienced with giving a diabetic pet an insulin shot. She even taught me a nifty trick to help one of them take her pills more easily! Whitney texted me each day I was away to let me know how my pets were doing. I would definitely hire her again!
Carol was amazing to work with! She was very flexible with us and compassionate with our fur-baby, Jarvis! We will never be able to thank her enough for what she did for us!
Alpha Deb is by far the best pet care taker one could hope for! She is very smart, caring, alert and animals take to her like I've never seen before! She just has a way with them. She is also extremely competent and reliable. I never worry when my dogs are in the care of Deb. I thank my lucky stars to have found such a perfect person to which I can entrust the safety, health and joy of my beloved pets!
Leslie has been taking care of our 3 dogs and 2 cats for 9 months now. Not only does she do daily care, (walks, feeding, taking them to the vet), she also has stayed in our home for 1 to 2 week stretches when we had to leave town. We feel 100% relaxed when we are gone because we know how much she loves the animals, and how much they love her. When I'm at home, and she comes over, the dogs go nuts jumping and kissing her. Dogs do not lie, that's for sure. My dogs love Leslie. Bottom line, they love her.We highly recommend Leslie for any of your pet sitting and dog walking needs.
I have a 3 yr old Yorkshire terrier that Leslie has cared for many times. His name is Jonnie B. And he loves Leslie. She has a great approach to pets and is compassionate as well as knowledgeable . Leslie has kept Jonnie for us on numerous occasions and he comes home reluctantly ! He really loves her 💕 I highly recommend Leslie with no hesitation .
Leslie is most caring, dedicated and went way above and beyond and she really worked to help a very complex flea problem with my very old and impaired dog. She came back for a second day when my dog got so stressed the first day. The timing schedule was hard to coordinate.
"Treating them like royalty!" Hello! My name is Carolyn Chumley, founder of Reigning Cats and Dogs of Jacksonville. I am the proud pet parent of five kitties and one huge puppy. My free time is spent with my family (furry included) and friends. In order to gain knowledge and experience with administering medications and large dog handling, I volunteered at the Jacksonville Humane Society in the Foster Office for about a year just prior to launching the business. I graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2010 with a BS in Workforce Education and Development. I have always been in love with animals. As a child, I drove my parents crazy bringing home every poor little thing I came across. As I got older, I began volunteering for programs that helped to control pet populations, like The Bear Foundation, Operation Catnip, and Spay Day USA. I offered adoption assistance to find forever loving homes for dozens of deserving pets. In the last few years, First Coast No More Homeless Pets has helped me spay and neuter several colonies in Duval and Clay counties. During these times, I prayed that one day I could make caring for animals my career. After more than a decade in the finance industry, I decided to follow my dream, and Reigning Cats and Dogs of Jacksonville L.L.C. was born. It is my goal to provide Jacksonville pet owners with affordable, reliable, loving pet sitting services. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. I love my job and want to help care for your pet in any way I can. Thank you for your time, Carolyn
My wife and I hired Mrs. Jennifer Cotugno to modify some aggressive behavior in our dog Keiko. Mrs. Cotugno met us at our residence and through her expertise quickly made significant progress in correcting negative behavior in a single session. By the second session, we could have a stranger walk into and about the household with minimal aggression. She taught us on understanding the signs of anxiety and fear in our dog and pointed out Keiko's personal quirks and triggers. Jennifer was also very helpful in offering advice on training aids, collars, and products tailored to our specific situation, even purchasing the merchandise on her own time and dime. Jennifer's professionalism and dog training skills are top-notch, empowering the dog in training and its owners in the handling of their pet with sure confidence. If you are considering hiring Jennifer to correct a behavior deficiency in your dog, I encourage you to not wait but give her a call.
Firstly, I love animals! I come to your home and pet/house sit. I come beforehand to get acquainted with your animals. I then stay in your home-- keeping your pets in their own environment while you are away. If you live within two miles, I do walks for $10 for 15 minutes. I will give your animals all the love and affection that I give on my own. My clients include many residents in Magnolia Point and the surrounding area. I will also keep your home in excellent condition while I'm staying there.
Over the last month and a half Lisa has been a huge help to me and Sirius, my one year old german shepherd. I couldn't take Sirius out in public because of his behavior (barking and lunging towards people and animals). During our first trip to the outdoor shopping center with Lisa, Sirius would walk around the center without barking and lunging. Lisa has a calm but assertive air about her that Sirius seemed to understand. She can read a dog and was able to teach me to watch for certain behaviors. She was also a huge calming factor for me. She would remind me to relax when I tensed up which helped Sirius. Lisa is an excellent trainer, a great problem solver and willing to go where every you need her to to combat a problem. We'll be working with Lisa for a long time...because although Sirius is a smart boy it takes me a little longer. Thanks so much!

My name is Rebekah, and I am offering my services as an at-home dog sitter. Some of the dogs I have experience with are cocker spaniels, German shepherds, chihuahuas, terriers and pit bulls. I work part time as a LMT, and I am willing to add my skills to pamper your dog. I live in a house with a huge fence in the backyard, divided into sections that can either be closed or open (creating three possible separate yards), providing plenty of room for your dog to roam. I accept small, medium, and large dogs. I start out at $25 a night; however, if you book with me through Thumbtack, or mention this ad, I will do $20 for the first night. I also offer package deals if your pet has to stay more than one night. So if you're planning a trip away from home, and can't take your loving companion with you, please come check me out! In the future, I have plans to continue my education in dog sitting including dog first aid and CPR. Your dog's health is very important to me! In case of emergency, the house is only minutes from the San Marco Animal Hospital, which is open seven days a week.

My name is Jennifer. I am the owner of my own small business. I offer pet care and kennel alternative for your pets. Do you work daily and wish you had time to let your dog out for a walk and playtime? We offer daily pet care services, including walking, fresh food and water and playtime and for a limited time, we do weekly baths at no extra charge. Our hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:46 p.m. Do you need an alternative to leaving your pet in a kennel while you are on vacation or a business trip? We can also help you with that. Let your pet stay in the comfort of your own home while you're gone. They will be free from sickness, fighting and all the other downfalls that could come with putting your pet in a kennel. We give three daily visits to walk, play with and make sure your pet keeps fresh food and water for as long as you are gone. You may also have your pet boarded with a family for around-the-clock care if you choose; ask us for more information. Please feel free to contact me. I will return your call as soon as possible. Also feel free to text if it is more convenient for you.
