DCT lawn service installed 17 pallets of St Augustine grass for us at the end of May. We followed directions. Some spots didn't take and a few others were brown within a week. Owner came out after 20 days advised he would replace dead areas and return to measure. He never came back. About two weeks later (6 total from install) massive weeds started growing (we had a service at week 6) but the amount of weeds was over 1/4 of the yard. Then we found out the brown areas were chinch bugs and since we could spray anything for a month they had already done large amounts of damage. He never returned our calls. He screens all his calls so calling from another number did not help. I have pictures I will upload if possible. Stay away from this business and Roundtree Sod who supplied the grass.
