I truly recommend for fitness and friends! As someone who hasn’t exercised for several years and had an old injury - I was very reluctant to go to gym or get a personal trainer. I was worried that it would get to be to much. However, Keena really helped me overcome this hesitation and I appreciate the amount of time she spent meeting with me in person and online. She really gets your personal needs and concerns met.
While all of this type of exercising is still new to me I want to really thank her, both for answering all of my questions and demonstrating all of the moves for me. Would definitely recommend her!

This was the first time I used a trainer and I was very happy with the results. I lost 5 lbs. after 12 sessions and learned some great exercises to help me continue with my weight loss. I loved the small and personal classes and would highly recommend Four Friends Fitness!
