Pricing varies depending on the type of investigation needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before taking on a new customer, we conduct a free consultation with them either in person or by telephone to learn about their concerns. We will ask a lot of questions to determine a recommended course of action. If we can be of assistance and the client hires us, a service contract will be sent to them outlining the agreed upon conditions of the investigation. Once the sign contract is returned and the retainer for services is received, the investigation will begin.

Continuing education is very important to me and my company. We strive to stay at the top of our profession by keeping informed of new techniques and technological innovations. We attend professional conferences annually, seek out new certifications, seminars and participate as an active member professional associations throughout the state.
