I hired Edward to run all new plumbing and install fixures for the entire house. He is very trustworthy , reasonable , considerate , flexible , and honest. Above all he cares about the customer and does whatever he can to ensure your satisfaction. I would recommend Edward for any of your handyman needs. I have had experiences with many contractors and he tops them all !!!

I have used Guaranteed Services for 2 years. I have had them out to not only pressure wash our home, pool deck/screen enclosure, driveway and sidewalks but also have weekly cleaning services. The prices are extremely competitive and they always make sure wee are happy with the work they do. We have also purchased another home for our daughter. It was trashed so we had Victor send his people out to prepare the home for our daughter to move-in. They pressure washed the home, patio and pool area, cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent, pre-treated and steam cleaned the carpets and thoroughly cleaned the house. I would recommend Victor for any work he says he can do. Good-luck!

I cannot say enough good things about Ehren and his business. He is professional. A gentleman. Hard-working. Service-oriented. His professionalism includes making sure he is licensed and insured, his positive attitude, good communication, honesty and promptness. We hired Ehren for "handyman" tasks around our house, but he can do much more. He has years of experience building houses. When he was handling tasks for us, he knew the details of what was behind the walls. There isn't anything he can't tackle. He did not hire sub-contractors. Ehren's labor estimate was "spot-on". We needed his assistance in estimating materials costs. He provided us w/ options and we ended up saving $1000 on materials. He works with another man, Paul. Paul is also a hard-working, pleasant gentleman. Both men are a pleasure to have around the house while they work. One of the jobs I hired Ehren to do was to replace a 4' wood fence w/ a 6' vinyl fence. I can't stress enough how hard working Ehren and Paul are. They didn't hesitate to work in the rain to get the job done. We had a hiccup w/ replacing a shower head and also an entry door. There were never any "sighs" or "rolling of the eyes" if something needed to be changed. Just the willingness to do the job the way we wanted it done and to go the extra mile [or hour] to make it happen. If I had questions in order to understand something, they were never impatient or defensive with me. Another advantage with Ehren - this is his full-time job. He started on a Monday morning and was finished in a week. We have already asked Ehren to provide another quote for a couple of extra items we want done. We hired Rafael to install our wood floors. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Rafael and his team were always right on time, courteous, very clean, and quick to respond to email or text. No hidden costs, and job was completed on time and right on budget. I knew this would be a difficult project from the outset. I have previously renovated five very old houses by myself and sold all for record high prices at the time. It was thus difficult for me to relinquish control to a contractor due to my other priorities. Then came the actual detailed design back and forth which Mark dealt with patiently and with great ideas until I was finally satisfied. His well presented project plan cemented the deal. Audrey and James were our installers for 2 bathrooms. I bought most supplies - tubs toilets vanities lights etc. and the guys gutted and installed both bathrooms! Some key points: 1) integrity. They did what they said they would do. Showing up on time and a steady work pace 2) smart!! As with most jobs challenges occur. We wanted to move a toilet and beams in the way. We wanted to install lights in popcorn ceiling where no electricity or light was before. They ALWAYS figured out a way 3) clean. They always had drop cloths and swept and stacked materials. 4) professional. It took 10 days for 2 bathrooms and we are very pleased with results!!! Lead contractor Evan was great! Picked up and helped me return extra materials. Dayglo is the BEST!!
