These guys were great-licensed plumber and licensed electrician. Showed up on time. Removed and installed the new sink. Even got my old garbage disposal working even though that wasn’t part of the job requested.
They did have to run to Home Depot to pick up a tool, something truly unforeseen and didnt charge me for the time they spent doing the errand. Appreciated that.

So I needed to have my leaky faucets fixed and a vanity installed in a small downstairs bathroom. He recommends replace the cartridge in each faucet. I have 4 needing replaced. He quoted me a price for the vanity install which included a faucet and separately the 4 bathroom faucets. He came the day he said he would but didn’t bring the tools necessary to install the vanity nor did he know how to install the faucet without taking the directions home and figuring it out. With no tool and not knowing the faucet he left without doing anything. He was to get the cartridges at Home Depot to fix the 4 faucets. When he showed back up the next day he had a partner w him. His partner handles the cartridge replacements and he did the vanity. He only got three cartridges not 4 yet still charges me the price he quoted for 4. Furthermore the guy he had so the cartridges used a metal tool to take the faucet handles off which damages the three he actually did do. He struggled mightily w the vanity and in the end blamed an unbalanced floor for a crooked set up. My house is pretty new and has tile in that room and is not unbalanced. The next day I went into one of the bathrooms with the replaced fixed faucets and one was leaking worse than before. So bad in fact I had to shut the water off to that sink. When I contacted him about the faucets still leaking on a Tuesday he promptly responded stating he would “make it right”. He said he would be back before the weekend was over. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited to hear from him. Sunday eve came around and I texted him. Finally he responded saying he had a job in Ponte Vedra and had no service. I told him it was too late to come that eve and he n
