First, I review photos and project details to understand the scope of work. Then I discuss expectations, timeline, and materials with the customer. Once everything is clear, I provide a written estimate. After approval, we schedule the work, complete the installation professionally, and leave the work area clean and organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience working on tile installations for bathrooms, showers, floors, and backsplashes. I continuously improve my techniques by staying updated on modern waterproofing systems, setting materials, and installation best practices used in residential tile work.
