I didn’t get my tv mounted. My appointment time was 11am. 11:30 came and I didn’t get a call or text stating that the pro either would be running late or they cancelled. Finally I texted to find out what was going on. I was then informed that he was down the street getting supplies and would be here soon. I cancelled. I booked the appointment last week and confirmed around 9am this morning. So why wait until appointment time to go shopping? That wasn’t very professional nor was my time respected.
