Working with Crystal, CDL & Associates, was a wonderful experiences. From our first conversation Crystal made me feel confident she could handle my wedding. I am a DYI person, and wanted to coordinate most of my wedding plans myself but knew I did NOT want my friends & family to have to deal with the stress of helping. I also knew I wanted a stress free day for myself, so a Day of Coordinator was what I was looking for. At our first meeting I shared with Crystal what I envisioned for my wedding & reception. We discussed the time line needed to accomplish my vision. Her input was helpful when I ran into a creative blocks. Crystal ensured I stay on track right up to the two weeks before the wedding. She then stepped up and took charge ensuring that all my vendors had the game plan and the venue was ready. Crystal was an asset in making my vision a reality. The day was perfect! Even when the rain came, Crystal remained calm, consult with me regarding our bad weather plan, then made it happen. I HIGHLY recommend Crystal to anyone who needs to organize that perfect day or special occasion, be it a small event or a large one, I have no doubt she can make it happen. ~Dawn
Simply can't say enough good things about Amanda and her team! Amanda helped us plan our wedding from the very beginning and we couldn't have done it without her. We were worried that our dream venues were out of our budget, but she got us great vendor quotes, crunched the numbers and showed us it was within our reach. Without her we wouldn't have had our dream wedding at the Lightner Muesem courtyard and White Room reception. Almost every vendor Amanda recommended did an amazing job! We especially loved the dessert bar from Alley Cakes Bakery. We were able to offer a wide array of delicious desserts that doubled as decor. The only vendor I was disappointed with was the travel agent. She would go weeks without responding to emails and didn't get us a very good discount on our hotel block. In addition to making sure we stayed on track with our timeline and budget, Simply Weddings also took on the large task of our flowers and decor. Amanda made gorgeous table runners to complement our centerpieces and tie in our watercolor theme. On the wedding day, Amanda and Karla handled everything from set up to break down and any last-minute problems in between. For example, due to bad traffic on the interstate our ceremony chairs didn't make it in time. Amanda made sure our guests were happy standing during our short ceremony and got us a full refund. It was important to me that we weren't stressed out on the wedding day. Amanda took care of everything so we were able to enjoy the beautiful day with our family and friends. After the wedding, Simply Weddings arranged for our leftover flowers to be donated to a local retirement community. We loved that our flowers didn't go to waste while we were on our honeymoon. Would highly recommend Simply Weddings by Amanda to anyone who is planning a large event!

I cannot gush more about my experience with Ms. Jennifer! I initially met her while searching for the perfect venue to have my future wedding. She was nice, professional, proactive and accommodating. She even offered recommendations for reasonably priced caterers and bartenders. She was very open about every aspect of the total cost of all fees/package and even offered her services for decorum. I would give her a A+++ for all she has done for me.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK MEGHAN! She was so great for my wedding last weekend. I had a HUGE (250 guests) wedding in St. Augustine that I had to hire all of my own vendors for. Meghan helped me every step of the way, making sure I never forgot anything. We even had a kid's club that she organized babysitters, games, dvds, and pizza for. She was extremely friendly and easy to work with, she made me feel so important the whole time. I even called her the night before the wedding and asked her to plant 200 little plants with name tags and she did it with a smile...on top of a million more things she was doing! She took care of everything on the wedding day, I got to just sit back and enjoy myself. I will hire her again and again for any event I have in the future. My wedding was gorgeous and just the way I wanted it thanks to Meghan and team. I cannot thank you enough.
Beth Vaden was amazing!!! Hiring Beth as our wedding coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made for our big day. Beth worked with us for several months prior to our wedding to finalize timelines, coordinate and confirm vendors, run rehearsal, and of course bring it all together the day of the event. We could not be happier with the job she did in helping us create a timeline that we felt good about and seeing how she turned my vision into a reality to make our ceremony pure perfection! Beth is super friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what I was envisioning, and really made sure that our wedding day was beautiful and perfect! She made sure that anything we could have needed that night was taken care of before we even realized we needed something. She helped tremendously with some last-minute fixes. She was super organized, and I was not worried about a single thing the whole day & night. Beth’s passion for weddings combined with her organization and attention to detail make her worth far more that the rates she charges. We highly recommend her because our wedding was all the success we dreamt it could be!
Loved working with Andrea while planning our wedding. Andrea is incredibly creative and an exceptional florist (she flew in the BEST flowers for our wedding). She brought vision boards to our meetings and kept us updated through the process of planning. Andrea transformed the backyard into a beautiful wedding venue; stringing lights (80 ft across the yard), creating floating arrangements for the pool, and so much more. Andrea did a great job contacting/scheduling vendors. Give Andrea creative rights once you share your vision - you won't be disappointed!
I had the opportunity to observe Lynne coordinating a wedding from set-up to clean up. She did a great job to assist the bride and groom as well as the guest. When challenges arose, she quickly adapted to make necessary changes. Very impressed with her personality and remaining calm.

Melissa is an amazing wedding planner and decorator!! I showed her a few ideas that I had and she ran with it creating more than I could have ever imagined. We had a super tight budget but with her talent and creativity she was able to give us a beautiful wedding and reception without going over it. Spent endless hours trying to save on cost and plan my event myself and, I kept stressing myself and my friends out trying to plan. Well that didn't last long, with endless hours on the phone and price quotes and being out of my realm of expertise, I folded and called around to shop for a event planner. Not only did Mr. Dyess save me money, he saved me time!!! I talked to several event planners before I made the best decision of my life, and chose Dyess Event Productions!! I cant thank them enough for their creativity and professionalism!! I have great admiration for the skills that they had in negotiating my events through caters, florists, they did it all.
