- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required by the state as a certified master electrician to take continuing education each year to maintain my license. As an electrical contractor I am required to learn all new NEC (National Electrical Code) changes, workman's comp review, and safety every two years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It runs in my family, my uncle is a 40 year electrician and my big brother is a 30 year electrician. I have been around this industry my entire life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed, insured, and bonded.
