When my dauther celebrated 5th birthday we were called Didi Decor for decoration, costume character Minnie Mouse, face painting and balloon twisting. They were give us good deal and 30 minutes free. We were very happy of their job. Congratulations Didi Decor...you did good job!!!

Dale and his team were ABSOLUTELY fabulous from start to finish! The decorations for our company Christmas party were beautiful! From the time we started the design process until the mere hours before our party started Dale was helpful, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions we had! We were very pleased with the outcome of our Décor! Dale also coordinated with outside vendors for lighting, tables and pool coverings, all on our behalf! He made the process easy and fun for us! The day of the wedding was exacuted with perfection. I gave her my vision and decor items and let her run with it when it came to decorating my wedding venue. Also all the vendors she recommended were amazing to work with as well. The ceremony was a challenge to work with since it was riverside with the wind elements but she improvises when needed but still pulled off a flawless ceremony space. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Her and the team she recommended work like a well oiled machine, I didn't have to worry about the timeline and her breakdown skills are just as fantastic as her set up skills. Before we left she had everything that I brought packaged and ready to go, all I had to worry about my wedding day was enjoying myself. I felt the whole day was success and I couldn't have pulled it off without her, thank you soo much Valerie ❤

Natalie and her team are nothing short of 5 stars! Natalie is much more than just a photographer, she provides all sorts of event/wedding services. As a bride there were a couple last minute things that I didn't have anyone to help me with and Natalie stepped in and get everything set up for me without a hitch. She did my Photo Booth, all the photography together with her husband, and set up for my afterparty. She even drove all the way to the venue the week before to review the grounds and understand what I needed help with. The photos were great, captured so many great moments and good quality. They arrived just days after the event. For the price and professionalism you can't ask for anything better. Thanks for everything Natalie!

Our planner, Diana was excellent! She was everything we could have hoped for in a manager, hospitality specialist, coordinator and professional. I especially appreciated her flexibility regarding her role. For our event we needed full service coordination at times and at other times we simply needed a competent free agent. Her contractual flexibility meant we were able to use the services we desperately needed for our 18 person event when the services are traditionally reserved for a formal ceremony with hundreds of guests and the respective vendors.

Hi all! I'm a seasoned and professional wedding and corporate event planner. I have my CWP and CMP license with 12 years of experience. My services include sourcing (venue selection), site and planning visits, contract negotiation, room design and layout, vendor selection (floral, linen, entertainment) audio visual needs, food and beverage selection, menu tasting, transportation, hotel room blocks, event logistics, timelines and checklists, and day-of coordination and execution. For events taking place at a hotel, I will ensure you're meeting the food and beverage minimum, handle load-in and load-out of vendors, and retain/submit completed vendor guideline rules and COIs as needed. For weddings, I will uphold religious and cultural preferences and assist in securing the following services: hair, makeup, photography, and videography. I will secure vendors or work with those you've chosen. Additional miscellaneous areas I specialize in include offsite catering, tuxedo rentals, rehearsal and dinner, security, city permits and special licensing, destination events, and printing (place cards, menus, directional signage). I've worked for DMCs and only Five Diamond hotels focusing on groups and special events. I have a significant network of industry professionals as a South Florida native, and offer my services at an extremely fair cost and below the industry standard. If you only require day-of coordination, I request two meetings (at minimum) in advance and in person to review the content and discuss expectations. Advanced meeting is on a complimentary basis.
