- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge between $40 - $65 per session these prices vary on what is needed by the client and work that may be involved. And if they are buying multiple session or singles as well as if it is just exercise, nutrition or both. This will be discussed between me and the client to see what works for them financially.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give a free 1/2 hour consultation to all new customers either on the phone or by meeting them so I can get to know what the clients goals are see if they have any health issues or concerns-any injuries they my have and then I can best advise how we can reach there goals together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have AA and in nutrition and exercise physiologists Certified in PT, Group Exercise, Couples Exercise, Seniors, Kids, CPR & AED First Aid.
