He cut a few holes in the ceiling and said the drain in the shower above was leaking. I hired JAG to repair the leaky drain. The plan was to remove the the surrounding tile from the drain, seal everything and replace the tile. When Jose arrived he started by trying to identify the leak. He actually discovered the leak was not from the drain but from the edges of the shower floor. Ending up less work and cost me less. He also repaired the drywall holes on the bottom floor ceiling and everything is great. He took the time to locate the problem and offered a solution that sealed the leak.
