John J. says, "I had a fiberglass “pop-in” tub/shower which had cracked and was leaking. Nick MacKenzie (owner) came over to assess the job, measure and give an estimate. I had another identical tub/shower and I wanted to replace both with a walk in shower. He gave me estimates for replacing the fiberglass for one or both and also remodeling in tile for one or both. There wasn’t much price difference and I knew tile was the higher quality option so I replaced both with a tile walk in shower. Communication was excellent. The entire project took a week. Thankfully I have a third full bathroom to use during this. I’m sure he would have done one at a time if necessary. He and his tile crew were respectful of my home (and pet cat) and cleaned up every day before they left. I’m very glad I found this company! Nick is the third generation owner of a family plumbing company from MA who has been in the Orlando area only a few years and has more requests than they can accept. If you want high quality work done by nice, trust worthy professionals then MacKenzie Plumbing is the one to call!"See more

I had a wall leak for a couple of decades that nobody could figure out where it was coming and I had many contractors look at it but Mike and Andres figured it out in about an hour. They gave a quote and got started on the job. They always arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves even when I told them to leave it because they were coming back in the morning. They always were so nice and very respectful towards me, my property and my cats lol. Also a bonus they retiled my bathroom wall and floor in between the time they were working on my wall and window! I will be having them back for a couple of other issues. I highly recommend True Blue and their quality work was impressive!"See more
