- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know that I’m willing to work with any budget. I always give my customers the best price for the best product. I never cut corners when it comes to quality for quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process when I am working with a new customer are usually try to figure out if they would like to create their own menu or if I can make a menu for them. Once we decide on the menu they give me an exact head count and I gave them a price quote based on the information we discussed. Then I sent out a contract they sign the last page and return it along with a 50% deposit. I see them the day of the booking!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I want to culinary high school for four years. Then I went to culinary college and graduated with an Associates in culinary arts in a bachelors in hospitality management, also minored in nutrition.
