There was a huge language barrier! The time that I scheduled the maintenance men to come at 3 PM. They didn’t come until 9:30 PM. I provided my own supplies and they took one of my caulking guns as well They left a mess in my bedroom. There was debris on my floor and my bed that they did not clean. It was an incomplete job and I was very unsatisfied.

We regret that you were dissatisfied. We arrived later than scheduled due to delays in previous jobs, which can happen with maintenance services, but we still came to complete the work. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to work because we were constantly interrupted and not allowed to proceed normally. At no time did we take any tools or belongings; we are a reputable company and always work with respect and professionalism. We tried to complete the job to the best of our ability under the circumstances. We are surprised by this review because we made every effort to provide the service despite the difficulties encountered.
